في إطار توجيهات فخامة الرئيس عبد الفتاح السيسي رئيس الجمهورية بشأن الاستثمار في العنصر البشري وبناء الإنسان المصري باعتباره الركيزة الأساسية للتنمية الشاملة، وتنفيذاً لتوجيهات الفريق مهندس/ كامل الوزير وزير النقل، بالارتقاء بمستويات السلامة والجودة وكفاءة التشغيل في مختلف قطاعات النقل، تعلن وزارة النقل ممثلة في الشركة القابضة للنقل البحري والبري عن إطلاق مبادرة: ” فني واعٍ… لأسطول آمن” وذلك استكمالاً للنجاح الذي حققته مبادرة “سائق واعٍ… لطريق آمن”، وانطلاقاً من مفهوم التكامل بين جميع عناصر منظومة النقل، إيماناً بأن تحقيق السلامة على الطريق لا يقتصر على السائق وحده، بل يبدأ من جاهزية المركبة وكفاءة أعمال الصيانة ووعي الكوادر الفنية المسؤولة عن الحفاظ على سلامة الأسطول.
وحيث تهدف المبادرة إلى تنمية الوعي الفني وتعزيز ثقافة السلامة المهنية لدى العاملين بالورش والصيانة بالشركات والهيئات التابعة للدولة وشركات القطاع الخاص، من خلال التعريف بأهمية الفحص الوقائي، ورفع الوعي بالمخاطر الفنية الحرجة، وتعزيز القدرة على اكتشاف الأعطال المؤثرة على السلامة التشغيلية والتعامل معها وفقاً لأفضل الممارسات الفنية. كما تسعى المبادرة إلى دعم جهود الدولة في الحد من الحوادث، والحفاظ على الأرواح والممتلكات، ورفع كفاءة الأصول، وتحقيق أعلى معدلات الجاهزية التشغيلية، بما ينعكس إيجاباً على جودة الخدمات المقدمة ومستويات الأمان على الطرق.
وتؤكد وزارة النقل ممثلة في الشركة القابضة للنقل البحري والبري استمرارها في تبني المبادرات النوعية الهادفة إلى تنمية القدرات البشرية ونشر ثقافة السلامة، باعتبار الإنسان هو المحرك الرئيسي للتطوير، والشريك الأساسي في تحقيق مستهدفات التنمية ورؤية الدولة نحو منظومة نقل آمنة ومستدامة.
