النائب عمرو فهمي يتقدم بسؤال للحكومة بشأن استمرار تعطل سيستم المعاشات ويطالب بتعويض المتضررين

تقدم النائب عمرو فهمي، عضو مجلس النواب عن حزب الجبهة الوطنية، بسؤال برلماني موجه إلى الدكتور مصطفى مدبولي، رئيس مجلس الوزراء، واللواء جمال عوض، رئيس الهيئة القومية للتأمين الاجتماعي، بشأن استمرار أزمة نظام “السيستم” الخاص بمنظومة التأمينات والمعاشات الجديدة، وما ترتب عليها من تعطل صرف المعاشات لعدد من المواطنين، رغم الوعود السابقة بانتهاء الأزمة بالكامل واستقرار المنظومة.
وقال فهمي ، خلال سؤاله إن رئيس الهيئة القومية للتأمينات والمعاشات سبق أن أعلن أن المشكلات الفنية المرتبطة بالمنظومة الجديدة ستنتهي بالكامل بحلول شهر أغسطس، وأن المنظومة ستشهد استقرارًا كاملًا، إلا أن الواقع الحالي يعكس استمرار الأعطال الفنية وتعطل الخدمات، فضلًا عن عدم تمكن عدد من أصحاب المعاشات من صرف مستحقاتهم، وهو ما تسبب في معاناة كبيرة لشريحة تعتمد على المعاش كمصدر دخل أساسي.
وأضاف فهمي، أن استمرار هذه الأزمة يثير العديد من التساؤلات حول أسباب عدم تنفيذ الوعود التي أُعلنت للرأي العام، والإجراءات التي اتخذتها الحكومة والهيئة القومية للتأمين الاجتماعي لمعالجة أوجه القصور في المنظومة الإلكترونية، وضمان عدم تكرار تلك المشكلات.
وطالب النائب الحكومة بسرعة توضيح الأسباب الحقيقية وراء استمرار الأزمة، والإعلان عن جدول زمني واضح لإنهاء جميع الأعطال الفنية، مع اتخاذ إجراءات عاجلة تضمن صرف مستحقات المواطنين دون تأخير، ومحاسبة المسؤولين حال ثبوت وجود تقصير أدى إلى الإضرار بأصحاب المعاشات.
وأكد أن استمرار الأعطال الفنية في منظومة التأمينات والمعاشات لا يمثل مجرد خلل تقني، بل ينعكس بصورة مباشرة على حياة آلاف المواطنين، خاصة كبار السن وأصحاب المعاشات الذين يعتمدون على مستحقاتهم الشهرية لتوفير احتياجاتهم الأساسية مشددا أن أي تأخير في صرف المعاشات يفرض أعباءً معيشية وإنسانية لا يمكن تجاهلها، وهو ما يستوجب تحركًا عاجلًا من الحكومة لمعالجة الأزمة بصورة جذرية، مع إعلان نتائج واضحة للرأي العام بشأن أسباب استمرارها والإجراءات المتخذة لمنع تكرارها مستقبلًا.
