استقبلت معالي المستشارة/ هدى أحمد عيسى – رئيسة هيئة النيابة الإدارية، اليوم الاثنين الموافق ٢٧ يوليو ٢٠٢٦، معالي المستشار/ عبد الناصر أبو العزم – رئيس هيئة قضايا الدولة؛ في زيارةٍ جاءت لتقديم التهنئة لمعاليها بمناسبة توليها مهام منصبها الرفيع رئيسةً لهيئة النيابة الإدارية.
جاء ذلك بحضور سيادة المستشار/ خيري معوض – النائب الأول وعضو المجلس الأعلى، والمستشار الدكتور/ محمد أبو ضيف – الأمين العام للمجلس الأعلى للنيابة الإدارية، والمستشار/ زكي شلقامي – مدير إدارة التفتيش القضائي، والمستشار/ منتصر عبد العال – مدير إدارة النيابات.
وقد رافق سيادته وفدٌ رفيع المستوى من السادة المستشارين أعضاء المجلس الأعلى لقضايا الدولة ضم كلًّا من: المستشار/ صلاح عبد الرؤوف، والمستشار/ محمد إبراهيم رضوان، والمستشار/ حمدي أحمد سنونسي، والمستشار الدكتور/ عمر نجم – الأمين العام، والمستشار/ رفعت فراج – رئيس إدارة التفتيش الفني، والمستشار/ إبراهيم عبد الجواد – رئيس المكتب الفني، والمستشار/ وليد عناني – الأمين العام المساعد للعلاقات العامة والتحول الرقمي، والمستشار/ مصطفى هيكل – نائب الأمين العام المساعد للعلاقات العامة والتحول الرقمي.
وخلال اللقاء، رحَّبت معالي المستشارة/ هدى أحمد عيسى، بمعالي المستشار/ عبد الناصر أبو العزم والوفد المرافق لسيادته، مشيدةً بالدور الوطني والقانوني الذي تضطلع به هيئة قضايا الدولة في الدفاع عن حقوق الدولة وصون مصالحها، ومؤكدةً أهمية مواصلة تعزيز أوجه التعاون والتكامل بين الهيئتين القضائيتين؛ بما يدعم تحقيق العدالة ويرسخ سيادة القانون.
كما أعربت سيادتها عن اعتزازها بعمق العلاقات المؤسسية التي تجمع بين الهيئات والجهات القضائية المصرية، وما تشهده من تعاونٍ مثمر وتنسيقٍ دائم في سبيل ترسيخ دعائم دولة القانون، مؤكدةً أن تكامل الأدوار بين مؤسسات العدالة يُجسد نموذجًا راسخًا للعمل الوطني المشترك، ويعكس ما تتمتع به الدولة المصرية من منظومة قضائية عريقة تحظى بالتقدير والاحترام.
ومن جانبه، أعرب معالي المستشار/ عبد الناصر أبو العزم، عن بالغ تقديره للجهود التي تبذلها النيابة الإدارية في مكافحة الفساد المالي والإداري، بما يسهم في صون المال العام وضمان حسن سير العمل بالجهاز الإداري للدولة، متمنيًا لمعالي المستشارة/ هدى أحمد عيسى دوام التوفيق والسداد في أداء رسالتها القضائية السامية.
وأكد سيادته أن هيئة قضايا الدولة والنيابة الإدارية تمثلان ركيزتين أساسيتين من ركائز منظومة العدالة المصرية، وأن ما يجمعهما من روابط مهنية وتاريخية يُشكل أساسًا متينًا لتعزيز التعاون والتنسيق في مختلف المجالات ذات الاهتمام المشترك، بما يحقق الصالح العام ويخدم أهداف الدولة المصرية في إرساء العدالة وسيادة القانون.
