ينتهي الإحساس بالشغف عندما نظن أننا وصلنا إلي مرحلة الإكتفاء ، إن نظرة الإنسان للعمر بأنه مقترن بالرقم الذي وصل إليه نظرة تحمل معاني كثيرة ،فهناك من يري أن السن مجرد رقم لا قيمة له ،وأخرون يرونه سلم عالي وقد وصلوا إلي نهايته بعد عناء وتعب وحان الوقت لكي يستريحوا،لكن الحقيقة التي أثبتتها التجارب الحياتية أن الإنسان كلما كبر في العمر زاد لديه الرغبة في تحقيق الذات ، ويبدأ يحصي إنجازاته التي حققها في سنوات عمره المنصرم ،ليجد نفسه ضيع سنوات كثيرة في تحقيق وإنجاز حلم واحد ألا وهو الحصول علي المال ،هذا لأن الفكر الشائع يقول إعمل في شبابك لتدخر مالا يساندك عند كبرك ، وهذا ما يحدث لكثير من البشر ، ويبدأ الإنسان مرحلة جديدة بعد التقاعد ليجد نفسه مشغولا بفراغ كبير يضيق عليه الخناق وهنا يدرك أن الإستمرار علي هذا الحال هو موت محقق ، وان شكواه في الماضي بأنه مشغول ومرهق كانت نعمة كبيرةأدرك قيمتها اليوم ، وهو ينظر إلي عقارب الساعة وهي تهدر الأيام التي باتت كلها بلون واحد ، ليجد نفسه أسير الفراغ هذا حال من استسلم لفكرة أن سن التقاعد هو مرحلة الراحة أما الذين خططوا لتلك المرحلة تراهم أكثر إشراقا ولديهم ذاكرة تلمع ويزداد بريقهامع الوقت فهم حجزوا مقاعدهم في أماكن اختاروها ليكملوا فيها ما عجزوا عن تحقيقه في صباهم فتجد منهم من قرر الدراسة في المجال الذي يحبه وآخرون يقررون العمل في البيزنس والإستفادة من خبرتهم ودائرة العلاقات التي لديهم ولقد رأينا نماذج كثيرة نجحت وحققت شهرة كبيرة وهي في مراحل متقدمة من العمر هذا لأنهم كسروا القاعدة وتعاملوا مع الحياة بمبدأ طالما أنا بصحة جيدة وعقل يفكر إذن رسالتي لم تكتمل وعطائي مازال مستمر ،إن فكرة البطالة ليست مقصورة علي الشباب لقد ثبت بالفعل أن البطالة والفراغ لكبار السن أسوأ بكثير من الشباب ،فهي كفيلة أن تدخلهم في حالة إكتئاب ، وتصيبهم بالأمراض ،لذلك وجب علي من وصلوا إلي سن التقاعد البحث عن عمل ليس بغية المال ولكن بغية تحقيق التوازن النفسي والصحي لهم ، وعلي أولادهم وذويهم مساعدتهم وتقديم الدعم لهم وعدم تركهم فريسة للفراغ وتضيع الوقت علي وسائل التواصل الإجتماعي ..
