– مناقشة موقف تنفيذ شبكة الصرف الزراعى بزمام قوته بالفيوم، وتأهيل محطة رفع مشروع شمال سهل الحسينية، والتعامل مع بعض البرك التى ظهرت بمنطقة البهنسا بالمنيا
– التأكيد على حتمية إستخدام أنظمة الري الحديث فى كافة الأراضي الرملية طبقا للقانون، واستخدام العدادات لقياس كميات المياه المستخدمة
– التعامل الحازم مع أى تعديات على المجارى المائية والطرق والسكك الحديدية
استقبل السيد الأستاذ الدكتور/ هانى سويلم وزير الموارد المائية والرى، السيد الفريق مهندس/ كامل الوزير نائب رئيس مجلس الوزراء للتنمية الصناعية وزير الصناعة، والنقل والسيد الأستاذ/ علاء فاروق وزير الزراعة واستصلاح الأراضي، لبحث موقف المشروعات المشتركة بين الوزارات، وسُبل تعزيز التعاون بما يخدم المنظومتين المائية والزراعية ويحافظ على البنية التحتية لشبكة الطرق والسكك الحديدية .
وفى بداية اللقاء .. أعرب الأستاذ الدكتور/ هانى سويلم عن خالص ترحيبه بالسيد الفريق/ كامل الوزير والسيد الأستاذ/ علاء فاروق، مؤكدا حرصه على تعزيز التعاون مع وزارات النقل والصناعة والزراعة، ومواصلة العمل على تذليل أى عقبات تواجه الموضوعات المشتركة بالتنسيق بين الوزارات بشكل دائم، بما ينعكس على تطوير المنظومة المائية وخدمة المنتفعين والمساهمة فى تحقيق الأمن الغذائي .
ومن جانبه .. أكد الفريق مهندس/ كامل الوزير حرص الدولة المصرية على الاستفادة من كل نقطة مياه بشكل علمى مدروس فى زيادة المساحات الزراعية، مع الحفاظ على البنية التحتية للدولة مثل الطرق والسكك الحديدية خاصة مع التطور الكبير الذي تشهده مصر في كافة مجالات النقل والذي ساهم في تقديم أعلى مستويات الخدمة للمواطنين وارتفاع تصنيفات مصر في العديد من المؤشرات والتصنيفات الدولية .
ومن ناحيته .. أكد السيد الأستاذ/ علاء فاروق على وجود تنسيق دائم ومستمر بين الوزارات لتحسين المنظومة الزراعية وتعظيم الإنتاجية المحصولية وتحقيق الأمن الغذائي .
وقد تم خلال اللقاء مناقشة موقف الدراسات الخاصة بتخطيط شبكة الصرف الزراعى بزمام منطقة قوته التابعة لولاية هيئة التعمير، والواقعة على ترعة قوته الجديدة بمحافظة الفيوم، وموقف تقاطع مصرف قوته المزمع انشاؤه مع طريق القاهرة – أسيوط الصحراوي الغربى .
وقد أكد السادة الوزراء على رؤية الدولة المصرية بحتمية إستخدام أنظمة الري الحديث فى كافة الأراضي الرملية طبقا للقانون، مع استخدام العدادات على مآخذ شبكات الرى الحديث لقياس كميات المياه التى يتم استخدامها بالفعل من هذه الشبكات .
كما تم مناقشة البدائل الفنية المقترحة لإحلال أو تأهيل محطة شمال سهل الحسينية بمحافظة بورسعيد .
كما تم مناقشة موقف بعض البرك التى ظهرت بمنطقة البهنسا بالمنيا والتى نتجت عن رشح الأراضى الرملية التى تروى بالغمر بالمخالفة فى هذه المنطقة، حيث أكد السادة الوزراء على التعامل الحازم مع أى تعديات على المجارى المائية والطرق والسكك الحديدية مثل قيام بعض المخالفين بعمل مآخذ رى مخالفة ومواسير مخالفة أسفل الطرق لتوصيل المياه بالمخالفة لبعض الأراضى وضع اليد، والتعامل الحازم مع اى سحب مخالف من الخزان الجوفى بالمنطقة، والتعامل الحازم أيضا مع الاراضى الرملية التى تروى بالغمر بالمنطقة .
