د. أيمن الشناوي يُحذّر من مخاطر الصيف على الأسنان.. ويقدم نصائح وقائية

قدم الدكتور أيمن محمد الشناوي، أخصائي جراحة الفم والوجه والفكين، مجموعة من النصائح الطبية للحفاظ على صحة الأسنان خلال فصل الصيف، الذي يشهد تغيرات في العادات الغذائية وزيادة استهلاك المشروبات الباردة والسكريات، وذلك في إطار حرصه على توعية المجتمع بأهمية العناية بصحة الفم والأسنان.
وأكد الدكتور أيمن الشناوي أن ارتفاع درجات الحرارة يزيد من خطر الإصابة بمشاكل مثل تسوس الأسنان والتهابات اللثة، خاصة مع الإفراط في تناول المشروبات الغازية والعصائر المحلاة، التي تضعف مينا الأسنان وتزيد من حساسيتها، ونصح بالاعتدال في تناول هذه المشروبات واستبدالها بالماء أو العصائر الطبيعية غير المحلاة، مع الحرص على غسل الأسنان مرتين يوميا على الأقل باستخدام فرشاة ناعمة ومعجون يحتوي على الفلورايد.
كما حذر من عادة تكسير الثلج بالأسنان، والتي يلجأ إليها البعض للشعور بالانتعاش، مشيرا إلى أنها قد تتسبب في تشققات أو كسور بالأسنان، وأوصى باستخدام واقي الأسنان أثناء ممارسة الرياضات المائية أو الأنشطة الخارجية لتجنب الإصابات المفاجئة.
ويعد الدكتور أيمن محمد الشناوي أحد أبرز المتخصصين في مجال جراحة الفم والوجه والفكين، في دمياط، حيث يحمل شهادة البكالوريوس في طب وجراحة الفم من جامعة المنصورة، بالإضافة إلى دبلوم جراحة الفم والوجه والفكين وزمالة كلية الجراحين الملكية في بريطانيا.
وهو أيضًا عضو في الجمعية المصرية لزراعة الأسنان، مما يمنحه خبرة واسعة في تشخيص وعلاج الحالات المعقدة مثل زراعة الأسنان وجراحات الفكين التجميلية والوظيفية.
