في إطار الحملة الإعلامية للهيئة العامة للاستعلامات التى اطلقها قطاع الاعلام الداخلي تحت إشراف الدكتور أحمد يحيى رئيس القطاع للتصدى للشائعات لتوعية كافة فئات المجتمع بمخاطر الشائعات
وتحت شعار ” اتحقق قبل ما تصدق ”
نفذ مركز اعلام حلوان التابع للإدارة العامة لاعلام القاهرة قطاع الاعلام الداخلى بالتعاون مع وزاره التضامن الاجتماعي ممثلة بإدارة التضامن الاجتماعى بحلوان ندوه إعلامية بعنوان ” تنميه الوعي الوطني للتصدي للشائعات ” بجمعية بحري بعزبه الوالده بحلوان اليوم الاربعاء ٢٠٢٥/١/١ .
حاضر اللقاء الدكتور حسين شاهين عضو هيئة التدريس بكليه خدمه اجتماعيه جامعه حلوان حيث بدأ سيادته بتعريف الشائعات وهي خبر او مجموعه أخبار زائفه تنتشر في المجتمع بشكل سريع ويتداولها بعض من المواطنين ظنا منهم في صحتها وتكون هذه الاخبار مثيرة للمجتمع و تفتقد الى مصدر موثوق فيه.
واشار الى اسباب انتشار الشائعات حيث يساهم في سرعه انتشار الشائعات سببين رئيسيان الاول اهميه الموضوع فكلما كان الموضوع ذا اهميه كثرت الشائعات حوله والثاني قله انتشار المعلومات الصحيحة لهذا الموضوع ولا ننسى دور وسائل الاتصال الحديثه فانها تساهم بدور كبير في سرعه انتشار الشائعات ووصولها لقطاع عريض من الناس ولذلك يترتب على هذه الشائعات اثار سلبيه على افراد المجتمع فيخرج اثرها من الفرد الى المجتمع ثم المجتمعات المجاوره والشائعات تعمي عن الحقائق وعن الصراط المستقيم فالاشاعات من اهم الوسائل المؤديه الى الفتنه والوقيعه بين الناس وانما كانت الفتنه اشد من القتل لان القتل يقع على نفس واحده اما الفتنه فتهدم مجتمع باكمله ففي عصر السرعة والانفتاح الرقمي اصبحت الشائعات واحده من اخطر التحديات التي تواجه المجتمعات خصوصا المجتمع المصري حيث تتسلل هذه الشائعات بخبث متخفيه في الاخبار العاجلة وبث المعلومات المثيرة وتنتشر كالنار في الهشيم لتسبب في إرباك الرأي العام وزعزعت الاستقرار والشائعه هي المعلومه الغير مؤكده تنتشر بسرعه بين الافراد لتحقيق مكاسب لاهداف تجاريه او وسيله للابتزاز المادي او المعنوي او التشكيك في المؤسسات الوطنيه وزيادة الصراعات الداخليه فهذه الشائعات ليست مجرد كلمات عابره بل هي جزء من أجيال الحروب الحديثة التي تعتمد على اساليب غير تقليديه واستغلال نقاط الضعف داخل المجتمع ففي العديد من الدول تم استخدام الشائعات لزعزعه الاستقرار ولعل ابرز مثال على ذلك هو ما حدث في بعض الدول العربيه خلال السنوات الاخيره حيث تم استخدام التواصل الاجتماعي لنشر الشائعات والاخبار الزائفه مما ادى الى تشويه الحقائق المتعلقه بالاقتصاد والامن القومي ومؤسسات الدوله السياسيه ولمواجهة الشائعات السلبيه تتطلب تضافر جهود الجميع من افراد ومؤسسات لضمان الحفاظ على استقرار المجتمعات وحماية أمنها واقتصادها فالشائعه قد تبدو بسيطه في ظاهرها لكنها تحمل في باطنها آثار خطيره تهدد كل ما تسعى الدوله لبناءه مما يجعل التصدي لها ضروره لا تحتمل التأجيل .
