حماس: قصف مدرسة تؤوي نازحين بغزة جريمة وحشية وخرق فاضح للاتفاق

قالت حركة حماس، إنّ القصف المدفعي الذي نفذه جيش الاحتلال على مدرسةٍ تؤوي نازحين في حيّ التفاح شرقَ مدينة غزة، وما أسفر عنه من استشهاد عددٍ من المواطنين، معظمهم من الأطفال؛ جريمة وحشية تُرتكب بحقّ المدنيين الأبرياء، وخرقٌ فاضحٌ ومتجدّد لاتفاق وقف إطلاق النار.
وأضافت في بيان، فجر السبت: «تواصلُ حكومةُ الاحتلال الإرهابي انتهاكاتِها لاتفاق وقف إطلاق النار، عبر استهدافها المتعمّد والمستمر للمواطنين في قطاع غزة، حتى ارتقى أكثرُ من 400 شهيد منذ الإعلان عن الاتفاق قبل أكثر من شهرين، في ظلّ حالة عجزٍ وصمتٍ دوليَّين مُستَغرَبَين أمام جرائم هذه الحكومة الفاشية».
وأشارت إلى أن الاحتلال لا يكتفي باستهداف المدنيين، بل يُمعن في تعميق الكارثة الإنسانية عبر منع سيارات الإسعاف والطواقم الطبية من الوصول إلى أماكن الاستهداف لإسعاف المصابين، وعرقلة عمليات الإنقاذ، في سلوكٍ إجرامي يرقى إلى جريمةٍ مركّبة ويشكّل انتهاكًا صارخًا للقانون الدولي الإنساني.
وتابعت: «نُجدّد مطالبتَنا للوسطاء الضامنين للاتفاق وللإدارة الأمريكية بالاضطلاع بمسؤولياتهم تجاه هذه الانتهاكات، والتدخل الفوري للجم محاولات حكومة مجرم الحرب نتنياهو فرضَ معادلاتٍ تتناقض مع مضمون الاتفاق، وتنقلب عليه بوضوح».
وكان جيش الاحتلال قد استهدف بقذائف المدفعية والقنابل الدخانية والرصاص الحي مدرسة تؤوي مئات الأسر النازحة مقابل مستشفى “الدرة” بحي التفاح شرقي غزة، ما أسفر عن استشهاد 5 فلسطينيين على الأقل وجرح آخرين.
