إحالة أوراق متهم بقتل صديقه في الشرقية إلى المفتي

أصدرت محكمة جنايات الزقازيق بمحافظة الشرقية، برئاسة المستشار عبدالرحمن محمد شتلة، رئيس دائرة جنايات الإرهاب، قرارًا في القضية رقم 2387 جنايات مركز مشتول السوق لسنة 2026، بإحالة أوراق متهم إلى مفتي الجمهورية لإبداء الرأي الشرعي في معاقبته بالإعدام، وحددت المحكمة جلسة اليوم الثاني من دور انعقاد شهر أغسطس المقبل للنطق بالحكم؛ لاتهامه بقتل صديقه إثر خلافات سابقة بينهما.
وكانت النيابة العامة قد أحالت المتهم “عبدالرحمن أ. م. ش”، 26 عامًا، والمقيم بقرية الزوامل التابعة لمركز بلبيس، إلى المحاكمة الجنائية أمام محكمة جنايات الزقازيق، لاتهامه بقتل صديقه “عبدالعزيز أشرف”، 22 عامًا، والمقيم بدائرة مركز شرطة مشتول السوق.
وكشفت تحقيقات النيابة العامة أن المتهم ارتكب الجريمة عمدًا مع سبق الإصرار والترصد، بعدما عقد العزم وبيت النية على التخلص من المجني عليه بسبب خلافات سابقة بينهما، حيث أعد سلاحًا أبيض، وما إن سنحت له الفرصة حتى سدد له عدة طعنات متفرقة في أنحاء جسده، قاصدًا إزهاق روحه، ما أدى إلى وفاته في الحال.
وأضافت التحقيقات أن المتهم استدرج المجني عليه إلى منطقة صحراوية بالجهة الشرقية لقرية المنير، وأثناء وجودهما هناك نشبت بينهما مشادة كلامية تطورت إلى تشابك بالأيدي، فاستل المتهم السلاح الأبيض وسدد للمجني عليه عدة طعنات قاتلة، قبل أن يتخلص من جثمانه بدفنه في منطقة صحراوية، ثم فر هاربًا.
وتمكنت الأجهزة الأمنية من ضبط المتهم، وبعد تكثيف أعمال البحث والفحص، عُثر على رفات المجني عليه وملابسه وحذائه مدفونة في أرض فضاء ناحية قرية المنير، وذلك بعد مرور عام على ارتكاب الواقعة، وفقًا لما جاء بالتحقيقات.
