د. عمرو سليمان يعتمد الخطة الاستراتيجية للاتحاد الدولي للأكاديميات الرياضية (GUSA) للموسم 2026–2027

في إطار التوجه نحو تعزيز الحوكمة المؤسسية وتطوير العمل الرياضي والأكاديمي، اعتمد د. عمرو سليمان، الأمين العام للاتحاد الدولي للأكاديميات الرياضية (GUSA)، الخطة الاستراتيجية للاتحاد للموسم 2026–2027، والتي تمثل خارطة طريق لتوسيع نطاق عمل الاتحاد وتعزيز حضوره على المستويين الإقليمي والدولي.
وأكد د. عمرو سليمان أن الخطة الجديدة ترتكز على رؤية واضحة تهدف إلى بناء منظومة رياضية أكاديمية متكاملة، تقوم على الابتكار، والبحث العلمي، والتحول الرقمي، ورفع كفاءة الكوادر الرياضية، بما يسهم في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة في القطاع الرياضي.
ومن أبرز محاور الخطة الاستراتيجية 2026–2027، تطوير برامج الاعتماد الأكاديمي والمهني للأكاديميات الرياضية، وإطلاق مبادرات تدريبية دولية متخصصة في علوم الرياضة والتغذية والتأهيل البدني، وتوسيع الشراكات مع الجامعات والمؤسسات الرياضية داخل الشرق الأوسط وشمال أفريقيا وخارجها.
كما أنه من المحاور للخطة هو دعم البحث العلمي والابتكار في مجالات التدريب الرياضي وعلوم الحركة، وتنظيم مؤتمرات وملتقيات علمية دولية لتبادل الخبرات والمعرفة، وتعزيز التحول الرقمي من خلال المنصات التعليمية والبرامج التدريبية الإلكترونية، ورفع معايير الجودة والحوكمة داخل المؤسسات والأكاديميات الرياضية الأعضاء.
وأكد الأمين العام أن تنفيذ هذه الخطة سيكون بالتعاون مع الشركاء والخبراء والمؤسسات الرياضية، بما يعزز مكانة الاتحاد الدولي للأكاديميات الرياضية كمنصة دولية رائدة في تطوير التعليم والتدريب الرياضي، وترسيخ ثقافة التميز والابتكار في المنطقة والعالم.
واختتم د. عمرو سليمان تصريحه قائلاً: “إن الاستثمار الحقيقي يبدأ ببناء الإنسان، وتطوير الكفاءات الرياضية والعلمية، وإيجاد بيئة مؤسسية قادرة على صناعة مستقبل الرياضة وفق أعلى المعايير الدولية”.
