يتولى سعادة المستشار الدكتور خالد السلامي، الرئيس الفخري للبورد الدولي لحقوق الإنسان، أمانة جائزة صانع الأفكار للمحتوى التدريبي والتأثير، لقيادة أحد أهم المسارات المعرفية في صناعة الحقائب التدريبية القائمة على توليد الأفكار وصناعة الأثر.
وتنطلق الجائزة من فلسفة مختلفة؛ فهي لا تتخذ من التكريم غايةً بحد ذاته، بل تجعل من الجائزة منصةً للابتكار، وأداةً لاكتشاف العقول المنتجة، وتحفيزها على بناء حقائب تدريبية قادرة على استدامة إنتاج الأفكار. فالقيمة الحقيقية للجائزة لا تكمن في التتويج، وإنما في ما تُطلقه من معرفة، وما تُنتجه من وعي، وما تزرعه من قدرة على التجدد والإثمار.
وسيبدأ سعادته خلال الأسابيع القادمة بتشكيل لجنة التقييم من أعضاء البورد الدولي لحقوق الإنسان، بالتنسيق مع أمانة الأرض للتميز والإتقان، لوضع منظومة تقييم تقيس قدرة الحقيبة التدريبية على استدامة إنتاج الأفكار، وبناء الإدراك المنتج، وصناعة وعيٍ قادر على التجدد والإثمار.
وتركّز الجائزة على إنتاج حقائب تدريبية لتوليد الأفكار، وترسيخ المحتوى التدريبي الذي يصنع الإنسان القادر على إنتاج الأفكار، لا الاكتفاء باستهلاكها.
الفكرة المستدامة هي التي تُثمر أفكاراً، والوعي المستدام هو الذي يواصل إنتاجها.
