تأييد حبس مستريح السيارات بتهمة النصب والاستيلاء على أموال المواطنين في 8 قضايا جديدة

يدت محكمة مستأنف القاهرة الجديدة، حبس رجل الأعمال “أمير الهلالي” المعروف إعلاميًا بـ”مستريح السيارات”، بالحبس لمدة 3 سنوات وكفالة 10 آلاف جنية لاتهامه في 8 قضايا بالنصب والاستيلاء على أموال المواطنين.
وفي وقت سابق، قضت محكمة جنح القاهرة الجديدة، برفض المعارضة الاستئنافية لرجل الأعمال أمير الهلالي المعروف إعلاميًا بـ”مستريح السيارات”، في 10 قضايا نصب واستيلاء على أموال المواطنين بزعم شراء سيارات من الخارج بأسعار أقل من السوق.
وأيدت المحكمة حبس المتهم 3 سنوات في كل قضية بإجمالي مدة حبس 30 سنة.
ويحاكم الهلالي في العديد من قضايا النصب الأخرى بعد إلقاء القبض عليه عبر الإنتربول وتسليمه لمصر، وعرضه على النيابة المختصة لاتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية حياله في العديد من القضايا المتهم فيها بالنصب والاستيلاء على أموال المواطنين.
