س/سلَّفتُ أخى مبلغا من المال ، فتعثر وباع سيارته ورد نصف المبلغ وعجز عن الباقى ، فهل يجوز أن أحتسب هذا الباقى من زكاة مالى ، باعتبار أن أخى من الغارمين لما عليه من ديون كثيرة ؟
ج/لا يجوز لأنك لم تنوى الزكاة حين سلفتيه ، ويجب أن تسبق نية الزكاة المال المراد إخراجه زكاة .

ج/ هذه (الفرخة) كانت هبة منك لحماتك ، فصارت فى ملكها ، فلما أخذتيها فقد سرقتيها ، وهذه الدجاجات دين فى رقبتك ، والحل هو أن تقومى بتوزيع دجاجات على ورثة (حماتك) بعدد ما اخذت، وتدفعى ثمنها لهم ، والتوبة والاستغفار.

س/أنا أعمل فى تداول الذهب ، وهو أننى أشترى أرقاما على الشاشة ثم أنتظر حتى يرتفع الثمن وأبيعها ، فهل هذا جائز ؟
ج/ هذا ما يسمى( بالذهب الورقى )وهو غير جائز لسسب
بين ، الأول هو أن الذهب لابد أن يكون يدا بيد فإذا بعت ذهبا فيجب أن تقبض( الفلوس) أو العكس فى نفس المجلس ، وهذا لا يتوفر مع الذهب الورقى، الثانى هو أنك إذا اشتريت الذهب فيجب أن تقبضه و تحوزه عندك ، وهذا موجود فى هذا التداول .

س/ هل يجوز للمرأة أن تكون وكيلة نفسها فى زواجها الثانى ، مع العلم أن أباها حى يرزق لكنه مريض ، وأخوها ضرير؟
ج/لا يجوز ، ومرض أبيها لا يمنع الولاية طالما أن عقله سليم وإدراكه صحيح ، وإن عجز أبوها ، فيكون الولى أخوها وكون ضرير لا يعوق ولايته فى شىء ، والأمر محل اختلاف بين الفقهاء وما ذكرته هو رأى الجمهور من أهل العلم (فاحتط لدينك).

س/فى صلاة الظهر لم أجلس للتشهد الأوسط وقمت للركعة الثالثة ، ثم تذكرت فماذا كان يجب علي أن أفعله ؟
ج/ يجب عليك أن تكمل صلاتك وقبل أن تسلم تسجد سجدتين للسهو ، وتعلم أن التشهد الأوسط ليس بركن فى الصلاة ، وينوي عنه سجدتين للسهو .

ج/ إن وجد جماعة للمغرب ، فيبدأ بالمغرب لأجل الجماعة ، وإن كان فى غير جماعة ، فالأولى يأخذب بترتيب الفرائض ، الظهر ثم العصر ثم المغرب .
