مجموعة “سيدياو” تنضم إلى مشروع أنبوب الغاز الإفريقي الأطلسي المغرب – نيجيريا
احتضنت قمة رؤساء دول وحكومات البلدان الأعضاء في المجموعة الاقتصادية لدول غرب إفريقيا (سيدياو)، يوم الأحد 19/7/2026، في فريتاون بسيراليون، مراسم التوقيع على الاتفاق الحكومي الدولي الذي يؤطر تطوير أنبوب الغاز الإفريقي الأطلسي نيجيريا-المغرب، المتعلق بإنشاء بنية تحتية طاقية ممتدة على طول يناهز 6800 كيلومتر، والموجهة لنقل الغاز الطبيعي من نيجيريا إلى المغرب، قبل ربطه بشبكة الغاز الأوروبية.
ويشكل توقيع انضمام الدول الأعضاء في المجموعة الاقتصادية لدول غرب إفريقيا (سيدياو) إلى المشروع الذي أطلقه العاهل المغربي، الملك محمد السادس، والرئيس النيجيري الراحل محمدو بخاري، محطة مهمة في مسار تنفيذ أحد أهم المشاريع المرتقب أن تساهم في تنمية وتطوير وتعزيز القدرات الطاقية والتنموية للدول 13 المطلة على الواجهة الأطلسية الإفريقية، حيث سيكون بمقدوره نقل 30 مليار متر مكعب من الغاز الطبيعي سنويا، يمكن تصدير ما يصل إلى 15 مليار متر مكعب منها نحو المغرب وأوروبا، في حين سيخصص الجزء المتبقي للأسواق الإقليمية.
ويطمح مشروع أنبوب الغاز الإفريقي الأطلسي، الذي تقدر تكلفته بنحو 25 مليار دولار، إلى خلق سوق إقليمية مندمجة للغاز الطبيعي في غرب إفريقيا، ودعم إنتاج الكهرباء، والتصنيع، وتثمين الموارد الطبيعية للقارة. وبعد أن انطلق كمبادرة استراتيجية مشتركة بين المغرب ونيجيريا، يترسخ أنبوب الغاز الإفريقي الأطلسي بهذا التوقيع كمشروع تدعمه منطقة غرب إفريقيا بأكملها.
ويأتي دعم الدول الأعضاء في مجموعة “سيدياو” للمشروع ليعزز ركائزه السياسية والمؤسساتية، كما يزكي الزخم التأسيسي الذي منحته إياه الدولتان اللتان أطلقتاه (المغرب-نيجيريا)، اللتان تعتبران، حسب مواقفهما الرسمية المعلنة، أن الأمن الطاقي لإفريقيا يمثل رافعة أساسية للسيادة والتصنيع والازدهار المشترك
