هل حان الوقت لكى نبنى اقتصادا قائم على الكفاءات لا الولاءات
ام سنظل نرتكز على الجبايه والديون والشعارات
ـ نحن نسمع منذ اكثر من 13 سنه نفس الخطاب ونفس الطريقة (الصبر) وكأن المشكله فى المواطنين وان الصبر هو سبب ما نواجهه الان من فشل اقتصادى نفس العبارات تتكرر الازمة مؤقتة . القادم افضل وبالارادة نتخطى الازمات
ـ وكأن الشعارات هى الحل وبرغم ذلك لم يتغير شىء مازلنا فى ازمة اقتصادية خانقه وبالعكس تتزداد فلا تجدى الشعارات ولا حتى الصبر
ـ هذه الازمه تسببت فيها الادارة والمسئول عن الملف الاقتصادي اى الحكومه بعدم تحديد الاوليات وتوجيه الموارد نحو الانتاج بدلا من التوسع فى الاقتراض والاستدانه لمشروعات غير ذات العائد الاقتصادي المباشر
✅ نعم رغم فرضية ووجوب المشروعات والإصلاحات الكثيرة والمتراميه فى البلاد ولكن تحديد الأولويات كان الاهم
ـ عندما ننظر نجد السياسية الاقتصادية تحولت الى ادارة بلا رؤية حقيقية او بلا خطة تنموية مستدامة وتتاجر بالشعارات التى تأجج مشاعر الجماهير وتطلب المزيد من الصبر والتحمل وكأن المشكلة اصبحت فى الشعب وعدم الصبر وتحمل المسؤولية
✅ وبناءا عليه تحمل الشعب مسئولية فشلهم بفرض الجبايه وتعظيم الاستدانه
ـ الغريب والعجيب فى الأمر هو عدم استدعاء رجال الاقتصاد والكفاءات الاقتصادية والعقول الرأسمالية لانقاذ ما يمكن انقاذة لرسم سياسات للاستثمار والإنتاج والتصدير وتوفير العمله الصعبه
فما يحدث الان هى سياسات تنفيذية لا اقتصادية ولكن نجد غياب تام وتجاهل للعقول والنوابغ الاقتصادية وكأن الادارة و رئيس الحكومة لايريدون،
ام ترى الادارة الحالية فى مدبولى عبقريه لم نفهما نحن وياتى اهم باخبار اخرى ، اذا قال لسليمان: “أحطت بما لم تحط به وجئتك من سبأ بنبأ يقين
ـ وللاسف نجد الادارة الحالية تعطى الثقه للحكومة رغم التضخم الرهيب فقد بلغ حجم الدين العام من 2013 من 170 مليار ليقفز الى اكثر من 17 تريليون جنيه حتى 2024 فقد ارتفع الدولار من 8 الى 50 جنيه فيما ارتفعت المحروقات من 3 الى 20 جنيه أنبوبة البوتاجاز من 5 الى 225 على ارضه لتصل للمستهلك بـ 260 ومع تعويم الجنيه تراجعت القدرة الشرائية وزادت الفجوة المجتمعية وانهارت الطبقة المتوسطة
ـ متى تتوقف الحكومة عن الجبايه و الاستدانة والشعارات وتحميل المواطن الفشل والضعف فى السياسات الاقتصادية وتسعى لتقديم مشروع اقتصادي مبنى على الكفاءات لا الولاءات
ـ ليست الارادة والصبر والشعارات فقط تبنى بها اقتصاديات الدول بل بالرؤية والقدرة والتخطيط واستدعاء عقول اقتصادية ورسم طرق وسياسات مستدامه وتوجهها لخدمه الوطن والمواطن
ـ واخير من اجل رسم سياسات واضحة تعبر بنار الى المسار الصحيح
لابد وان نوقف المشاريع غير المنتجه و التى تستنزف الموارد
استدعاء فورى لاهل الخبرة والكفاءة والتخصص واسناد الملف اليهم
ـ خارطه واضحة لتبنى مشروع انتاجى واضح قائم على التصنيع والتصدير لتوفير ايدى عامله تساعد فى تقليل عدد البطاله يسكنهم فى مشاريع واضحة منتجه تدير دخلا مستقلا
والى ان يحدث ذلك لابد وان تعترف الحكومة بضعفها وفشلها وتتعامل بشفافية وتعلن استقالتها او بالأحرى تقوم الادارة بدورها المنوط بها بإقالة الحكومة ومحاسبتها وبكل شفافية
ـ وتفتح الطريق للعقول والكفاءات الاقتصادية و التى والحمدلله مصر غنيه بأبناءها لرسم سياسات اقتصادية مبنيه على اسس علميه تستطيع تعظيم وإداره الموارد الكثيرة والعظيمة التى تملكها مصر بفضل الله وبحمده
