قال المهندس محمد إبراهيم، رئيس قطاع حوكمة السوق بالجهاز القومي لتنظيم الاتصالات، إن الخدمة عادت بنسبة كبيرة، بعد جهود الجهاز في التعامل مع بعض البؤر والاختناقات في عدد من الأماكن.
وأضاف خلال مداخلة هاتفية لبرنامج «حضرة المواطن»، الذي يقدمه الإعلامي سيد علي عبر فضائية «الحدث اليوم»، مساء الأحد، أن الخدمة عادت إلى المواطنين بنسبة 99%.
وأشار إلى حرص الجهاز على إعادة خدمة العملاء مرة أخرى؛ للتجاوب مع مشكلات المواطنين وحلها فورًا، قائلًا إن الجهاز أصدر تعليمات للشركات المقدمة للخدمة بالاستجابة لكل الشكاوى والرد عليها.
ولفت إلى أن بعض العملاء يشتكون من جودة الخدمة وسرعة الإنترنت وأنها أصبحت أقل بعد اندلاع حريق سنترال رمسيس، موضحًا أن «الجهاز حريص على زيادة السرعة والتحميل والسعة للخطوط التي عملت بالفعل».
وأكد حرص الجهاز على معالجة تداعيات حريق السنترال، بالتوازي مع التعامل مع الشكاوى والمشكلات العادية التي تستقبلها الشركات بصورة دورية.
